Heart Homes, is a private house building company, founded on over 25 years experience of building new homes across the East Midlands. We provide quality traditionally built homes in the best locations, with a flexible, friendly and individual approach to new home buying.
We take great time and care in choosing the locations for our developments, ensuring they integrate with their environment and offer excellent local facilities. All of our homes have been designed to provide spacious and practical living accommodation. We also pay great attention to the overall feel of the development and incorporate well-proportioned gardens and extensive soft landscaping.
Construction methods and materials are continually reviewed, ensuring our homes are at the forefront of new technology, achieving greater energy efficiency and requiring less future maintenance. At every stage of the construction process we undertake strict quality control procedures, to ensure our homes reach the exacting standards we require for our customers.
Each home is built to a very high internal specification, and at Heart Homes we aim wherever possible to be flexible. To this end we offer a wide range of extras, options and upgrades, and if you have something extra special in mind, we will always try to meet your requirements. Our dedicated team will help, advise and ensure you have a new home to be proud of.
Once you have moved into your new home our priority to customer care does not stop there, our after sales team operate a comprehensive 6 month service backed by a 10 year home warranty.
